Wairoa Clean-Up
For one of the days of Year 9 Home Room Camp at Mahunga, in Mahia, the boys with Ms Te Amo and Mr Barry Ngata, spent a day helping clean up from the aftermath of Cyclone Gabrielle in Wairoa. Good Men doing Good Things - E Tū Turanga Tane!
LOCAL CURRICULUM
L1 Environmental Science
Learning about kaitiakitanga in the outdoors. L1 Environmental Science students were keen to learn about pest control and trapping at the Okitu Bush Reserve. The boys impressed their teachers with their prior learning and could identify numerous birds and trees.
Cyclone Clean-UP
Year 11-13 students have been working hard making sure help has bee given where needed in our community. Good men, doing good work.

As a school, we would like to extend our sympathy to everyone who has been impacted by Cyclone Gabrielle. We want to do our bit for our community where we can and would like boys to join us in doing what we can to help people out.
